ICC elects new Chairman and Vice-Chairman
Victor Fung , the Chairman of the Li & Fung Group of companies, will become the first ICC Chairman from Hong Kong. Rajat Kumar Gupta, Senior Partner Emeritus of McKinsey & Company, was elected Vice-Chairman of ICC. Both will begin their two-year term on 1 July 2008.

Business leaders increase pressure on governments for Doha deal
Leaders of the global business community issued a statement today at the World Business Summit, stressing the vital importance of the multilateral trading system and calling upon all governments, especially those of the biggest trading nations, to finally summon the political will to bridge their outstanding differences and make the concessions necessary for a successful deal in the Doha round of world trade negotiations.

ICC announces next Chairman of the Court
A new Chairman of the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) was elected today at the meeting of ICC's World Council, which brought together more than 130 business members from 57 countries around the world. The World Council met on the occasion of ICC's World Business Summit in Stockholm.
