Visa Support

Visa applications must be made well in advance! It usually takes 4 - 6 weeks to get the visa.

Please inform yourself on the responsible authority, requirements, time limits, etc.

ICC Austria will support participants by providing conference invitation letters but is not able to furnish attendees or their entourage with a letter of guarantee.

The ICC does not assume any liabilities that may arise from the stay in Austria and shall not obliged to repay any fees received or to reimburse any costs or expenses (f.e. flight or accommodation) in connection with the scheduled conference/seminar in case you cannot participate for reasons outside of our reasonable control. Please be aware that for obtaining a visa it might be mandatory to have entered into an insurance contract covering the costs for medical treatment and, in case of violation of Austrian law, the transport back into the country of origin.
