Anti-Corruption service

ICC Austria’ services to business going to Africa, Asia etc.

 

At home:

  • Help companies to reduce possible internal systems “promoting” corruption – e.g. salary scale and bonus systems
  • Set up of an anti-corruption PR at home
  • Training of export managers etc. (at home) in negotiation tactics and strategies to avoid being asked for bribe payments
  • Understanding the mind-sets of the presently corrupt
    • Realize their strength and weaknesses
    • Using these strength and weaknesses in your negotiation tactics to make succseeful business without paying bribes

In the target country:

  • Help companies which have been targeted by extortionists in the target countries
    • with strategies to get the situation under control
    • Help with counter-attacks against the extortionists
  • Guide “clean” companies
    • in their negotiations with often “difficult” business partners
    • in their implementation of projects

Keep in mind: prevention is preferable to ad hoc interventions in difficult situations
