Im Jahr 2025 wurden 881 neue ICC-Schiedsverfahren mit Parteien aus 147 Jurisdiktionen registriert. Mit einem Gesamtstreitwert von 299 Mrd. US-Dollar und einem Anteil grenzüberschreitender Streitigkeiten von 69 % unterstreichen die Zahlen einmal mehr die führende Rolle der ICC in der internationalen Streitbeilegung.

Mit 1.6. 2026 sind die ICC-Schiedsregeln 2026 offiziell in Kraft getreten. Mit dem Ziel, Verfahren effizienter zu gestalten und den Anforderungen moderner internationaler Streitigkeiten gerecht zu werden, werden die neuen Regeln die ICC-Schiedsgerichtsbarkeit in den kommenden Jahren maßgeblich prägen.
