Der offizielle Text der neuen, revidierten Richtlinien ist die ICC Publikation Nr. 725 (ICC Uniform Rules for Bank-to-Bank Reimbursements under Documentary Credits – URR 725). Sollte die vorliegende deutsche Übersetzung dieses Textes mit der englischen Fassung im Widerspruch stehen, so hat die englische Fassung Vorrang. Die ICC Uniform Rules for Bank-to-Bank Reimbursements under Documentary Credits (URR 725) bzw.
