Die ICC Einheitliche Richtlinien für Rembourse zwischen Banken unter Dokumenten-Akkreditiven wurden von der Internationen Handelskammer zum ersten Mal im Mai 1996 als ICC-Publikation Nr. 525 herausgegeben. Der offizielle Text der neuen, revidierten Richtlinien ist die ICC Publikation Nr. 725 (ICC Uniform Rules for Bank-to-Bank Reimbursements under Documentary Credits – URR 725). Sollte die vorliegende deutsche Übersetzung dieses Textes mit der englischen Fassung im Widerspruch stehen, so hat die englische Fassung Vorrang. Die ICC Uniform Rules for Bank-to-Bank Reimbursements under Documentary Credits (URR 725) bzw. ICC Einheitliche Richtlinien für Rembourse zwischen Banken unter Dokumenten-Akkreditiven (ERR 725) finden ab 1. Oktober 2008 Anwendung. | ||||
